Cancellation and Refund Policy

Any exhibitor registration cancellation requests must be made in writing (by email) to CVAA (cvaa@cvaa.info) prior to April 1, 2024. All refund requests are subject to a $100 cancellation fee. No refunds or credits will be issued for any reason after April 1, 2024. “No shows” forfeit all registration fees paid and are not eligible for any refunds or credits. Cancellation of hotel reservations cannot be made through CVAA.
